The SPAK strategy will be based on several points, as land verifications begin.
“The Special Suggestion publishes “The Election Crime Investigation and Prevention Strategy: Choices for the 2025” Assembly, which is based on:
-Verging in the field of indicators or facts about conducting criminal acts under the 2025 Assembly elections under Special Prosecutor's jurisdiction.
- Verification of reports raising reasonable doubts about misuse of budgets and public investments during the election period by specific subjects.
-Monitoring media and social networks for possible indicators in the conduct of criminal acts under the election.
-Initiated co-operation with the Attorney General, the Central Election Commission, State Police, international bodies, civil society organisations monitoring election processes, etc.”, reportedly in the SPAK report.
