Vance outlined some progress in talks with Iran HINA what he said

Sunday was a very, very good “day of negotiations between the US and Iran in Switzerland, US Vice President JD Vance said.
The vice president presented a series of four top priorities as they are expected to continue technical talks in the coming days. He said Iran has agreed to allow the inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency in the country and that some progress has been made in negotiations to end fighting between Israel and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
“We established the foundation ) we have not built the house but we have set a successful foundation for the American people”, the vice president said, as he prepared to leave Switzerland.
CNN tells me what else he said:
Denying Trump's rebuke of Iran's president marred the negotiations: And what we said to the Iranians yesterday is that when you engage in what we millenniums can call a Tachk, you can't expect the President of the United States to fail to answer and correct the facts”.
To Iran's acceptance of nuclear inspectors' permission: This is a big moment for the American people, and the first step towards permanent deregulation or permanent completion of a nuclear weapons program in Iran, and that's exactly what we wanted to do”.
The status of negotiations between Israel and Hezbollah: This is a developing job, but what we've done is we've set up a mechanism to make sure it doesn't get out of control in the future”.
An initiative to merge Iranian assets: “We wanted to make sure that we set up a process where, if we ever unblock Iranian assets, we can ensure that those money, which is Iranian, goes to help the people of Iran and not finance terrorism”, Vance said, adding that the US and Qatar would have approval of the process. “The money would actually go to buy soybeans, American corn and American wheat for the benefit of Iranian people”, he added, calling it a classic “Trump agreement”. /Periscope
