Osman's adviser, Renor Nuhiu, has reacted to this statement, who said Pacolli is rationalising the brutal attack on Kosovo.
Likewise, Nuhiu has named Pacolli a “human who has no sensitivity to Kosovo's state interests, and argues the brutal attack on Kosovo”.

His interpretations of privileges and immunity are typical of a businessman influenced by the Russofil environment.
