Haradinaj meets former president Mesic: Kosovo to follow Croatia on road to EU, NATO

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has met with former Croatia President Stjepan Mesic.

Haradinaj has said that Mesic was side by side with Kosovo in all stages.

I had the pleasure of sharing pleasant moments with former President of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. Stjepan Mesic and other friends. Mesic, a great friend of Albanians and a powerful supporter of Kosovo and its people, in all stages, from the peaceful movement in the 1990s to the liberation war, as well as the journey of our country to independence”, Haradinaj has said.

Haradinaj has said Croatia's journey towards the EU and NATO is an example for Kosovo.

“Croatia's path to EU and NATO membership is an example Kosovo must follow in its Euro-Atlantic agenda”, Haradinaj has indicated.
