Remy's Special Witness continues: Jakup Krasniqi is among the most respected figures in Kosovo

Remy said he can't remember whether such a meeting was held, but even if it was kept he can't remember receiving any documents or what he received that document if he got it and he can't remember whether he was asked to be distributed as such.

Remi says most KLA members of the General Staff stayed out of the country for most of the conflict
(Updated, 11:45) - Witness Rrustem Mustafa- Remi, former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK) in the Lapi Operative Zone, in judging Hashim Thaci and others on Monday, said most members of the KLA's General Staff have stayed out of the country in much of the conflict.
The “Everyone stayed out of the country, except Jakup Krasniqi, Rame Reyze and the commanders of the areas, all the others stayed abroad”, Remi said.
That statement, he did in answer to Wessel's protector's question, attorney Ben Emmerson, who asked him whether he is aware that some members of the General Staff, except Azem Syla, stayed abroad for most of the November '{0}'8 conflict until March, reports <x0).
The above-mentioned answer, Mustafa had given it in private session during several questions asked by lawyer Emmeson, but then read and confirmed by the witness.
Similarly, witness Mustafa has said that prior to Rambuje's time, he had not known that Azem Syla was the commander general. The KLA, continuing to say it now knows it has been, but that it personally thought it dealt with logistics, since it had been based in Tirana.
On the other hand, he confirmed that as commander of the Lapp operational zone, he did not know who took over the commander's role from the General Staff.

On November 9th 2020, in their first appearances, Hashim Thaci's Jakup Krasniqi has been declared innocent of the charges placed on them. Wessel has also been declared in his presentation on November 10th, as has Rexhep Selimi on November 11th.
