Abraham: Leaders' messages that Kosovo is threatened by war have influenced foreign investments

Economy acquaintance Ilir Ibrahimi estimates that the greatest impact on our economy has been the internal crises that have sent a very negative message to potential foreign investors, partners who have partners in Kosovo and different entities who have seen Kosovo as a hearth [...]
This is what we've done, so it's not like global crises have done this, it's what we have done with our political decisions that have sent a message that Kosovo's north is prior to war”.
We have seen various interviews from the heads of state that have repeatedly beaten this rhetoric that Kosovo is in crisis, is in danger from Serbia, and we're getting ready for a possible conflict, and we've also noticed this from the contacts we've had even from partners in the business sphere, but also individuals”.
Ibrahim added that he has had direct influence not only on those who have wanted to visit Kosovo to see investment opportunities but also on ordinary visitors.
“We have caused problems for ourselves, because even those who have wanted to come to do business in Kosovo have given up this, and those numbers that the government is already promoting for this so-called economic growth, even if we see that report, it is dependent on capital investments”.
If we see that capital investments are in their minimum, even this increase predicted by these international financial institutions is impossible to reach”, he said on the Rubik show in Klan Kosova.
