The trial judge at the Supreme Court in Kraleva made the decision following the request of this city's public prosecutor in southern Serbia.
According to the report, three police officers allegedly committed criminal work -- production, possession, possession and illegal trafficking of weapons and explosives.
The length of detention is not clear at present.
Kosovo's government claims that police officers are “kidnapped”, as, according to her, they have been arrested on Kosovo territory.
Serbia denies this, saying they have been arrested on its territory.
The three policemen were questioned Friday at the Supreme Public Prosecutor in Kraleva.
This institution did not answer the REL's questions about what charges are on them.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that earlier that, apparently, the prosecutor in Serbia has dismissed the charges of terrorism against the three police arrested, while keeping all charges of illegal possession of arms in force.
Kurt made comments during an address at the Prespa Forum in Struga.
“This is the way ahead of”, he said.
“S first, these policemen must return, but at the same time, the international community must strongly and clearly condemn Serbia's aggression in Kosovo”, Kurti added.
He also said that NATO should condemn the violation that, according to him, made Serbia the Kumanovo Agreement, which ended the war in Kosovo in 1999.
