Krasniqi: Government to do everything to free police, Serbia is threatening peace in region

Krasniqi has said this is a flagrant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo on the part of Serbia.

The Kosovo Democratic Party expresses deep indignation and strongly condemns today's kidnapping of three Kosovo police officers by Serbia's special police units. This is a flagrant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo! The Serbian forces' action clearly shows Serbia's intention to cause tensions and to threaten peace and security in the region”, Krasniqi has said.

Krasniqi has called on the Kosovo government to take any action needed for immediate release of kidnapped police and to ensure Kosovo's territorial integrity and the security of our citizens.
