In a proposal, Minister Murati stressed that the Ministry of Finance overall [...]
In one proposal, Minister Murati stressed that the ministry of finance in its entire budget has exploited 88 percent and that for capital investments 38 percent.
Murati even blames the media for publishing the GAP report before verifying official reports of the Ministry of Finance.
The statistics are incorrect, because the Finance Ministry does not primarily have many capital investments, but there is inaccuracies in such reporting. The Ministry of Finance has used the total budget by 88 percent realisation, while capitals are 38 percent, is in the annual financial report it has been released, is public. And I would invite you, the media especially, that before you release information like this that is incorrect to investigate and verify such reports”, Murati said.
In the GAP report released days ago, the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers only 2 percent has implemented the budget for capital investments for 2022.
Under this report, low budget realisation for capital investments also includes the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade by only 16 percent, and the Ministry of Economy 38 percent.
Meanwhile, leaders of these ministries have not commented on the report in question.
According to the GAP report, ministries that have mostly implemented the budget for capital investments are the Ministry for Kthim and Community, which has realised 98 percent. And the Ministry of Defence has realised 96 percent of the budget for capital investments.
