That's why Azem Kurtaj's lawyer, Kujtim Kreveshi, has reacted, saying such a reaction is intervention and violation of justice.

He goes on to write that Jevtic has professional competence to talk about the case, while his status considers it political action aimed at profiting.

“Jevtic does not believe that there is professional competence and specifically there is no right to misjudge cases which entered the domain of the judiciary, to assess them and give professional findings. Such a political move, we believe, is only aimed at political gain among those who trust such a representative”, the Kosovo lawyer says.

Kreveshi has invited Yevtic to distance himself from the toxic language he has used in his reaction and to apologize, otherwise he has warned him of confrontation in court.

“The same goes even further, when you give the ethnic context to this event and it goes on to conclude that “as long as the soldiers of pre-prisoned and punish without evidence, attempted to kill the terrorists qualified as a cause of general danger”

This gentleman for this statement will be legally prosecuted by Mr. Azem Kurtaj.

In this case, anyone, whenever and wherever you're trying to label Mr. Kurtay, interfered with justice, insult and/or slander and insult Mr. Kurtay, we will demand that justice be spoken properly and without prejudice, as long as it is our due. As Mr. Kurtaj's defense, neither this statement nor any future action will be tolerated and addressed by law.
