Ahaz: The VV appointed non-complicant deputies to energy sector investigative commission

The MP of the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, Haki Abazi, has accused the ruling party that in the Parliamentary Investigative Commission over the decision-making process in the energy sector for the 2006-22 period, there have been individuals who have not been linked to this process. He has said he has been sidelined by Parliamentary Group Speaker Mimoza Kusari-Lila. [...]
He has said he has been sidelined by Parliamentary Group Speaker Mimoza Kusari-Lila.
The chairman of the Commission, Mr. Hajdar Beqa, said that I was replaced by the plenary hearing, in fact prior to the institution of the investigative Commission, I resigned and that I did because of the disagreement in forming this extremely important commission. The discussion in the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group on this issue has been made for the appointment of members of the Commission and in the continuation of the sabotage of my February request last year, for the formation of the investigative Commission for the privatisation review, I have been overlooked by the task manager (Mimosa Kusari-Lila v.j.), overplacing Mr. Armendi Munja as the investigative commissioner. Clearly, people were placed on the investigative Commission that had nothing to do with the process”, Abazi stressed.
It has also criticised the way the Commission's report was drafted.
This report has done a challenge, not being granted institutional responsibility, in the serious damage to public interest through privatisation, when I hear commission members referring to the report's contents are journalistic findings of television debates. I regret to say that the reason I've resigned is just not to be part of a Commission that finally comes with a report which is actually a summary of information and interpretation of the process in which the energy sector has passed”, Abazi stressed.
