Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has said that the Franco-German plan is acceptable to Kosovo, as there is no Association of Serb-run municipalities in it. But, he acknowledges that in that plan Kosovo gets a commitment to implementing agreements so far. And since this association has rejected the Constitutional Court, according to him, a new form of association should be found.
“Eh just then, Prime Minister Kurti three months ago said it is a good basis for further progress. I don't know why all this dust when the prime minister has said this plan is acceptable to Kosovo, because no association is mentioned there, said Konjufca.
However, Conjufca once flatly denied the establishment of the so-called “Zieednica”.
I think no; it won't. Kosovo doesn't need any association either this or that one because, if it's the Union of Serbian Communities in any way, I don't think it should ever happen, so I believe it will also be”, he declared.
