SKKKUK Director issues ordinance for annual holidays contrary to Labour Law

It has issued an ordinance for the planning of annual holidays for health workers contrary to the Labour Law.

Under the issued ordinance, health workers at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo and the constituent units of Regional Hospitals must announce annual holidays three to six months earlier.

But under the Labour Law, Article 37 points 3 is said to have to announce employees at least fifteen days before using the annual holiday.
