However, decisions were made at a government meeting Monday to keep the fuel price at levels similar to last week. The Croatian government has also decided that fuel prices will not change every Tuesday, but every two weeks, reports Croatian news agency Index.
So far, gasoline cost 13,86 kuna per litre (about 1.90 euros), while from today it is 13,50 (about 1.80 euros), while oil from 13,14 kuna (about 1.75 euros) per litre will drop to 13.08 kuna per litre (about 1.70 euros). These awards will be valid by 21 June.
Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Zdravko Maric said the government's measures for lowering excises for gasoline and oil contributed to preventing further increases in derivative prices this week.
Meanwhile in Kosovo, gas and oil prices have affected records. Today, a litre of gasoline costs 1.84 euros, while a litre of 1.82 euros.
