Ismet Lecaj without a license specialisation the doctor has managed to re-election to the sixth term in the position of director of the National Telemedicine Centre at USKKUK, writes the newspaper Shneta.
Lecaj has not met even the minimum criteria has been re-elected to this position, being the close man of Minister Rifat Latifi. He was the only candidate in this position after the Human Resources Sector had rejected another candidate with the reason he failed to meet the criteria of management experience.
Lecaj is estimated at 85.2 points by the Election Commission, which allows him another mandate.
Lecaj's selection in this position is contrary to Article 18 of the USKKUK Statut, which underlines that the entity directors should have at least performed specialisation in the field of medicine.
Lecaj himself has admitted that there is neither specialisation nor doctor's license, saying he has not been interested in continuing his profession in clinical fields. He has also acknowledged that he has a close friend of Health Minister Rifat Latifi.
Even KSFKUK has acknowledged that Lecaj has no specialisation, but has been argued that they have been forced to accept documents because there are no other candidates.
