The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports the public opinion that in 07.05.22, the caretaker prosecutor from the Randa Crime Department, has been reported by police for shooting gunfire in Augustrica village of Gracanica. The same has responded to the site of the event with other relevant units, where at the scene the medical team has found that one person has been left without life signs as a result of injuries sustained by gunfire.
By order of the prosecutor has been detained in 48 hours the person with the M.S. initials, (police official), in the direction of the criminal act “heavy murder”, by Article 173 of KPRK, after allegedly stealing from life now the late D.S.S., (his brother), while the body has been sent to the Law Medicine Institute for Obligation.
The Basic Prosecutor in Pristina in full co-ordination with the police and IPK are taking all necessary investigative actions, with the aim of lighting up all circumstances in this criminal case.
Likewise, the State Prosecutor within the legal deadline, against the suspects, will apply for ensuring the defendant's presence in criminal procedure, in the competent court.
