On the other hand, he said that within a short term all factors should be encouraged to start the dialogue, which is not only in the best interests of Kosovo and Serbia, but also the entire region.
“Albania supports any initiative taken by the two respective governments of Kosovo and Serbia to reach a bilateral agreement that is very important for both countries. Of course, several steps have been taken, but much more is expected. We need to remember that the question of dialogue is not just a matter of government, but the question of all political forces”.
It's a matter of civil society to exercise a trust to give thought to how dialogue should develop. Within a short term, all factors should be encouraged to start this dialogue, which is not only in the best interests of Kosovo and Serbia, but also the entire region”.
According to him, Kosovo initially has a problem with visa liberalisation, even though it has fulfilled all obligations.
Minxhozi added that the Kurti Government must move faster in order to have a co-ordination with all internal political factors in Kosovo and abroad, EO reports.
The main “Problem Kosovo has is visa liberalisation. It is something that Kosovo has fulfilled all of its obligations, and that EU confusion would say is inexplicable. It was promised a few years ago that there will be visa liberalisation, and this is not happening. It is disturbing not only for Government, but also for all citizens of Kosovo”.
Then other issues of application in international organisations have been Kosovo governments' initiatives over the years, but not only depend on the political factor here but also on international policies of various states. We encourage that there be movements by the Kurti Government and that there be co-ordination with all internal political factors here in Kosovo and outside of it”, Minxhozi said.
