Zelensky said that if the “strong preventive sanctions” were approved earlier, they could have prevented the invasion.
A large-scale war has started”, Zelensky said. “There have been many suggestions and warnings of stiffer sanctions, such as the embargo on Russian oil supplies to Europe, will be decided if Russia uses nuclear weapons”.
