The Constitutional Court in Pec has approved the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, appointing the 30-day detention measure to suspects G. L (police official), suspected of criminal acts “Dunim”, “Dare” and “Unauthorized photo and recording”
The news has confirmed the “Justice Bet”, the spokeswoman for the Peja Court, Tringa Zhuti.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK) on February 4th announced the arrest of police sergeant G.L.
“Based on evidence and evidence collected by IPK investigators have arrested the police official involved in the evening on suspicion that the same has committed criminal acts and that of Article 227, 329 and 202 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, the IPK's announcement said.
While the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, on 5 February, has requested the appointment of the detention measure against the suspects.
