The Czech Embassy in Kosovo is alarmed after Prime Minister Sadriu's attack on the media: Reaction

The Czech Embassy in Kosovo has distributed a statement by their Foreign Minister, Jan Lipavskão, for attacks on the media. His statement comes at a time when journalists in Kosovo were lynched by Princeton Sadriou, co-ordinator of the president, Vjosa Osmani. Jan Lipavskão, has shown that members of the Coalition for Media Freedom have held the Third Global Conference on Freedom of Media, where it has been said that attacks on media freedom are increasing worldwide.
“Sulmet to media freedom is growing worldwide. During a ministerial meeting with colleagues from 50 members, we renew our commitment to support media freedom and protection of journalists.”, he wrote on Twitter.
At this meeting, it has been discussed the many challenges of journalists worldwide as well as the important role the media have.
Meanwhile, in Kosovo, attacks and links to the media have increased to a wider extent. The latest case of lynching and denigrative language to the media came from the state's First Lord,don Sadriu, who is co-ordinator of President Vjosa Osmani.
Sadriou called the media joint criminal enterprise, a statement that sparked many reactions to the journalists' community in Kosovo, but even wider.
