Ukraine's Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Vadym Prystaiko, confirmed that Ukraine is considering to withdraw from its goal for NATO membership in order to avoid fighting Russia.
While he was talking about BBC Radio 5л Prystaiko stressed that because of threats and blackmail, his country is considering serious concessions, including the removal of ambition to become part of NATO, which is also part of Ukraine's state constitution, the side writes. Periscope.
Ukraine is not a member of NATO, until member states of the defence organisation have said they will not join the possible war in Ukraine, however, they have sent military troops to neighbouring states and are threatening severe sanctions.
