For this, today the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has announced that evidence has been provided proving that her sister-in-law (N.A) has hit her with strong tools in different parts of the body “as a result has come to the death of the victim”.
The N.A. has been detained for 48 hours.
“Foundation Procurory in Prizren, announces the public opinion that in terms of the death of the victim S.D., in the village of Cook Puerto Dragas, following the investigation and forensic examination company of the victim, we have managed to provide relevant material evidence regarding the case, proving the alleged suspicion that the N.A. has hit several times the victim in various parts of the body, with the result of the victim's death. In the same case, suspected of criminal activity “grave murder” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). By order of the same prosecutor, it's been detained for 48 hours. For other investigative actions, the prosecution will keep you informed”, the announcement said.
