Berisha: Disturbing that Minister Peci has denied the case of the woman seeking charity

A girl of the non-US community has forcibly left a local community in the presence of Agriculture Minister Faton Peci. And on this issue, Egyptian Liberal Party Chairman Veton Berisha said the most disturbing is the fact that Peci has denied such a case. <x0)
The “has occurred to each person that when he talks to the other, the attention is only to the conversationor, not to the whole bar. I saw this for the first time on the social network and on media”, Peci reacted on Facebook.
However, Berisha considered that Minister Peci should be held responsible when the girl leaves the club abusively.
Until the waiter caught the girl, the minister has no responsibility, but the moment he caught the girl in that form, the minister is in charge. The way you left the bar, it was abusive for the kid. The minister said he didn't see the case. For us it is a second concern, since the minister has denied the case. He should not deny it, it is human to make mistakes, but his act has been unfair”, Berisha said in Tv1.
On the other hand, Berisha said the waiter would not react that way unless a minister was sitting on the table.
I appreciate if the minister didn't give him the charity, because that's how you'll be seduced even more. However, in that 20 - inch - long [20 cm] presence, the waiter felt bad about why the girl was disturbing the minister because he felt that the minister is invulnerable. The waiter certainly reacted unconsciously, only to protect the minister. The waiter, however, had to realize that the minister is a servant of the people. The waiter wouldn't react that way if he wasn't a minister at that table, he stressed further.
However, Berisha praised that the serious economic situation obliges citizens to seek charity.
The institutions are initially held accountable because there is law that sanctions the children's appearances on the street. However, their economic situation forces them to take some form of action. But, in fact, the beggar is better than stealing”, Berisha said in Tv1.
At one time, he has made it known that in the last 10 days, they have only dealt with some cases of ethnic and racist insults.
