On October 23, 1871, the birth of Gjergj Fisha, poet, playwright, prozator, publicist, senior cleric and politician was born.
Born on October 23, 1871. He followed French schools in Troshan and Shkodra. He studied theology, philosophy, and foreign languages at the French seminaries and institutes in Sujeca, Livno, Kresevo. In 1902 he was appointed director of the French School in Shkodra, where he placed Albanian as a teaching language.
He represented the society “Bashim” in 1908 at the Monastery Congress and was elected chairman of the Albanian Alphabet Commission. The Grill Fish's creativity is multiple. Among the main publications are mentioned: “The godly pair to translate press” (1906), “Zanism” (1913, 1924, 1941), “Lah of Malice” (1941) etc.
The tribe appeared just as successful and powerful as the prosthetor. For four decades he wrote and published scriptures with analysis and controversy of the political, cultural, educational, and other natures.
