Serbian, US referendum: We hoped Kosovo Government would allow O SBE) at vote collection

American diplomat Michael Carpenter, who serves as ambassador of the United States to the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSBE), in a statement on Serbia's referendum that s quite allowed to be held in Kosovo, has warned talks between Kosovo and Serbia to find a model of how it could be voted [...]
In Carpenter's statement delivered to the Permanent Council in Vienna, they are said to be waiting to discuss the Kosovo Government with Serbia and with him to find a solution to the issue.
“Mazi, we expect to discuss with our partners, both with the Government of Kosovo and with Serbia, what arrangements and discussions can be made to ensure that citizens who reside respectively in Kosovo and Serbia are able to exercise their right to participate in their country's elections, and by doing so, be able to determine their European future”, the statement said.
On the other hand, in the declaration, a regret is that Kosovo is not a member of this body and that it can speak for itself.
“Mazi expects the day when Kosovo will be a participating state of this organisation and this could happen”, Carpenter's statement said.
