He for RTK has said Mirsolav Lajcak's joint visit and Gabriel Escobar in Kosovo sees it as pressure to determine the agenda of dialogue.
“Albanians of the Presevo Valley since 2006 on the common political platform, at one of its points stress that they want to have reciprocity in the sense of rights with Serbs living in Kosovo. But today I see this impossible to achieve for some reason. Lajcak's visit and Escobar see it as an added pressure to determine an agenda, respectively, topics that need to be addressed in the future. But I don't see that any solution for association can be reached so quickly because in Serbia there is a choice on April 3rd, and if there is a continuation on this subject it means either that or I have to make sure that Vuciqi achieves a certain success and promotes it as a major achievement in Serbia, which I don't believe Kosovo institutions are in a position to create association so quickly and that the other one that is very important that it cannot reach a final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia without even addressing the issue of the Presevo Valley of Stefan1th> has stressed Mustafi.
According to him, the Valley Albanians' issue is inexplicable because their position is a hostage to the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. He has said that if the level of rights enjoyed by Serbs in Kosovo is unmatched by what Albanians enjoy in the Presevo Valley.
