Latifi has shown that citizens who have two doses of anti vaccine can easily enter Kosovo - CO VID but also needed test PCR-negative.

These comments were made by Health Minister Rifat Latifi after his visit to the municipality of Gjakova, where accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister for Minority Affairs and Human Rights Emily Rexhepi met with Gjakova municipality chairman Ardian Djindin.

That first measure you mentioned is easy to leave because it's never been. We've never asked me after three vaccines to enter Kosovo, if we read the measures carefully that are marked, says that you can enter the state of Kosovo if you have three vaccines, you have two vaccines to test, that third one is to show all citizens that you can pass without a problem. It's a mass removed and it doesn't exist... It's done great work, but we've never demanded that you with the following three vaccines to enter Kosovo”, he said.

Latifi also said that despite the significant rise in positive cases with the 1990s Kosovo is marking in recent days, the pandemic situation in the country is the best in the region.

The minister of Health appealed to citizens for vaculation and caution in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but also the addition of hospitalised in Kosovo clinics and hospitals.

According to him, Kosovo's health system cannot afford to raise infected patients.

Whatever the numbers we have these days, our situation is the best in the region. But I'm more interested in being compared to myself than other states. Therefore, this increase in the number of positive COVIDs is a risk to us by increasing the number of patients in our hospitals and despite the fact that we have excellent doctors and nurses again that still can't afford a large increase in the number of patients with COVID, so pray to all citizens and this time each of us will be vaccinated and take appropriate measures and be careful not to infect themselves and others because it will cause major problems in the coming days”, he said, theKP.

Health Minister Rifat Latifi also announced that Kosovo has sufficient amounts of all drugs needed for the treatment of patients affected by koronobrius.

Deputy Prime Minister for Minority Issues and Human Rights Emilia Rexhepi said the purpose of this visit is to see how much citizens of minority communities have managed to vaccinate.

“We are here to see the current situation with COVID as it is in the municipality of Gjakova and to see how vaccinated all communities living in Gjakova and whether they are equal to”, she stressed.

Gjakova Mayor Ardian Gjini said that despite the rise of active cases with coronarys as well as in Gjakova, the situation is calm at the Regional Hospital “Isa Grazda”.

He also stressed that they have stability in providing drugs from the essential list, and there is the variety of drugs needed to treat patients with COVID-19.

“With supplies of our hospital is also in order at the main Centre of Family Medicine and Family Medicine Centres what are essential and necessary for treatment, and at this stage are in sufficient quantity and in sufficient variety”, he said.

In the last 24 hours in Kosovo have been confirmed with COVID-19 and 2 thousand and 243 cases, while two people have lost their lives as a result of infection.
