“As far as energy is concerned, a major manipulation of the opinion is taking place, the deal on gas coming from Macedonia does not bring a litre of gas from the US, the entire gas that should come from the Macedonian line, is Azerbaijann and Russian gas. With the protection line coming from Macedonia with the idea that American gas is protecting it is foolish because American gas is liquid gas, it is not transported through pipes but in trucks, but all the gas expected to be transported from this gasification line is from Azerbaijan and Russia”, Bislimi has said.
Furthermore, he said that Americans through the MCC had allocated 200 million for energy projects in general.
It's a mistake to say that the MCC has earmarked 200 million for the gasification project, the MCC has not earmarked any euros for gasification, the MCC has divided a platform up to 200m euros for projects that help solve the main energy barrier in Kosovo that is classified, but has not said gas is there, that's where gas comes in, but you're saying it's set up 200 million euros for gasification, I'm saying it's zero euros divided for gas, we'll discuss what MCC's going to be involved. There is nowhere that the MCC tools are dedicated to gasification”, Bislimi added.
