Albanian MP in Serbia's Parliament, Shaip Kamberi, has criticised the two Albanian governments for approaching the Presevo Valley.
Kamberi has asked the two governments to be more serious about the Presevo Valley.
The full post of Shaip Kamber:
What??
The governments of the Republic of Kosovo and Albania for the Presevo Valley:
They don't have a state platform and program.
No regular budgets
No particular government mechanism
Government of the Republic of Serbia for Kosovo:
-There's a platform and state-run-based programme.
There is a special government mechanism (then as minister, sometimes as a special office).
The government of the Republic of Serbia for the Presevo Valley:
There's a platform and state program, no matter how dead the paper is.
They split up a regular budget, however insufficient.
There is a separate government mechanism (The Co-ordination Body for Presevo, Bujanoc and Medvedja), however dysfunctional and inefficient.
