The real artist is universal, explosive, international, unique, provocative. Every individual on this planet can enjoy the true art of quality; it can design itself from Patagonia to Japan. History strongly testifies that the preference of artists, both genius and genius, is against the current, the teangos, often even cynical: Majakovski worshipped Lenin, D'Anunzio supported Musolini, Hemingway, and Marquez were close friends of Castro.
Well, Dennis Rodman, the legend of the NBA today is friend of Kim Jong Un! And neither can this ever aesthetically or artisticly undo anything of their art or talents. While Bregovic is a real artist, a deep and elegant instrumentist of our steep Balkans, bitter by fairy nationalism. He comes to the choir of the benevolent and harmonious serena with the musical sound of self to share with the public, bringing with him his only <x0fajin” origin!
Since being a slave is a crime? Why are we welcoming them? Why do we condemn Hitler? Is this hysteria permitted and should we be silent? No! The national-provincial storm against Goran Bregovic, the qualms, has nothing to do with art or pride, much less with civilisation. Likely, does it come from exasperation “re-v-vuncionar” from the success of the “Open Balkans”, the political-economic macroproject of Balkan open minds?
Or is it the tytagonism of summer typho-tallaves? In any case, emancipation, civilization, culture and tolerance must be our heart and soul! As Albanians, as people, as Balkans! Welcome, Goran.
