The “is rejected as unequivocal request for extraordinary review of the judicial decision, submitted by plaintiffs-proposors, Feim Maliqi, Hasan Maliqi, Pajtim Maliqi, Xhemail Maliqi, Dafil Orana, Granit Orana, Lulzim Orina, Selman Maliqi, Behxhet Maliqi and Ilir Maliqi all from F. Busavat, Kamenica municipality against the decision of the Court of Appeals in Pristina on the date 04.03.2021”, said in the indictment.
Kamenica Mayor Central Kastrati had made a decision to reshuffle schools in this municipality, where the closure of several educational institutions and the carrying of students in schools where more students were provided.
For the purpose of establishing quality in schools and achieving the best success among students, the Municipal Directorate for Education in the Kamenica Community through education reform was scheduled to bring together from small class students to a classroom where there will be, on average, 20 students. So students will socialise more with their peers, learn together, challenge each other, compete, learn to respect the other's opinion, and promote even more critical and creative thinking among students”, says among other things in the planned reform of the Kamenica municipality.

Last week in Shipashnica, Kamenica, there has been a clash between some parents in order not to let municipal officials put within this inventory school for pre-school children, which is part of reforms in education promised by Chairman Central Kastrati.
