The “is rejected as unequivocal request for extraordinary review of the judicial decision, submitted by plaintiffs-proposors, Feim Maliqi, Hasan Maliqi, Pajtim Maliqi, Xhemail Maliqi, Dafil Orana, Granit Orana, Lulzim Orina, Selman Maliqi, Behxhet Maliqi and Ilir Maliqi all from F. Busavat, Kamenica municipality against the decision of the Court of Appeals in Pristina on the date 04.03.2021”, said in the indictment.
Kamenica Mayor Central Kastrati had made a decision to reshuffle schools in this municipality, where the closure of several educational institutions and the carrying of students in schools where more students were provided.
