U.S. Senator-Faucci: Next virus may have up to 50% mortality, don't finance Wuhan's laboratory

U.S. Senator Rand Paul again debated with the White House's leading Council on Medicine, Anthony Fauci, about the origin of the coronobius that caused the Devid-19 pandemic. Senator Paul charges that Faucin has been aware of dangerous experiments conducted in the Chinese city laboratory where the pandemic is thought to have begun, the charge that the chief of the National Institute of Health constantly dismisses.

During a hearing session in the Senate this Thursday, Paul said: “Virus that is not found in nature and is artificially strengthened to increase infectiousness are a bet we cannot set. You keep denying, but this can cause an even more serious pandemic. We're suffering from an pandemic that has a mortality rate of about 1%, but it's experimenting with viruses that can reach a mortality rate of 15-50%. Our civilization may be in danger as a result of these” viruses, reports A2news.

But once again Fauci rejected Senator Paul's stance, saying that the National Institute of Health no longer finances works in Wuhan's lab.

I have no responsibility for the pandemic we're going through, for this pandemic. It was probably a natural virus. We do not continue to finance Wuhani's” laboratory, Fauci said.
