Haziri criticises the government: The city stadium's budget gap is blow to Gjilan

Gjilan Mayor Lutfi Haziri has criticised the government because, according to him, it does not divide a cent for 2022 for rebuilding the city stadium.

Haziri said this is the government's blow to Gjilan, adding that he will not allow it.

The government's version of the budget for the 2022 stadium is a blow to Gjilan, but we will not allow it. I will work with all political groups to improve this. It is not the budget of a ministry or a government, the budget is in the hands of 120 deputies”, Haziri has said at a media conference.

According to him, the government has shown a lack of will for budget failure, even for two other capital projects.

The “is not only a lack of will for the completion of the stadium, there is also a budget for the circuit that links the town of Gjilan to the highway. There is also no budget planning for the section of the highway from the Bresalci Glama to Koncul. So, not including this programme next year means budgetary bypass and don't care”.
