Specialised Special Chambers of the Special Court have issued a warrant for the Kosovo Police, requesting detailed answers if it can ensure the freedom of former KLA leaders.
In the October 8th announcement, but published today by Specialised Chambers, Kosovo Police are commanded to ensure that they have the capacity to address the provisional release of KLA leaders.
The information the Special from the Kosovo Police is, among other things, that the latter provides evidence that it has the capacity and authority to define the movement of conditional individuals, to monitor them at all times.
Then, the Special is asking the Kosovo Police to testify that it has all technical and logistical capacities to meet the provisional release of KLA leaders.
