Miro Jukiq, leader of the Witnesses' Security and Treatment Team at The Hague Specialised Prosecutor's Office, has begun to give his testimony in the case of former KLA OVL directors Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj.
Yukiq has talked about their events and activities following the flow of correspondence documents and evidence from the Specialised Chambers.
He has said that most witnesses were concerned when they understood the flow of these documents.
Everyone was very worried about some screaming on the phone, some told us not to contact them again. Their reaction in general was not good. When we contacted them, we introduced ourselves to who we were and asked if they had doubted the flow of information and documents of SPS”, Yukiq said.

As a result, this official of The DHSK has said there have been cases when even witnesses from Kosovo moved them.
We gave them new phone numbers, bought them phones and prepared risk management plans. We even moved some of them from Kosovo”.
Yukiq has said that they have contacted about 200 witnesses after the file leak.
