A brutal beating occurred after an accident in Pestovo, Vushtrri, where police are forced to intervene in the middle of the accident.
The critical moment occurred at 20:35, until witnesses to the event have said police officials were forced to use spray.
Two civilian cars have been involved in the accident, one with major injuries, while the other with smaller injuries has been removed from the scene for about 200 meters.
