According to recent information, the injured are reportedly equipped with Austrian visas, while today they are expected to leave for Linz around 13:40 minutes from Pristina Airport.
Sending the last patients is under an interstate agreement between Kosovo and Austria.
The Kosovo Health Minister Armendi Zemaj, who at the same time thanked the Austrian state for its readiness to come to the aid of those injured by Ferizaj, announced.
Meanwhile, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Melisa Harandinaj Steubla, has thanked Kosovo's Ambassador to Austria, Lulzim Plana and the staff of our mission in Austria for his commitment.
Also, special thanks has been made for Austria's Foreign Affairs Minister Alexander Schallenberg.
“Thanks to our close co-operation and friendship with Austria, two of those injured by this explosion, who need treatment abroad, will receive this in the specialised Austrian health institutions”, the Minister Harandinaj Stubla wrote among other things on Facebook.
On the other hand, the Labinot Tahiri Foundation has announced that the financial collection action for the recovery of Enver Jolie and Fidan Gashi will cease as these two patients leave for Austria, while the collected means for their recovery will be dedicated to helping families from the explosion to “Steak House” as well as other cases that need healing. /
