Salih MUSTAFA was arrested in Kosovo today by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office on the basis of a warrant for arrest, order for transfer and confirmed indictment, issued by a Kosovo Specialised Chambers Pre-Procedure Court.
Mr. MUSTAFA is being transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague and will appear before the court of preliminary procedure without delay.
