Over 80 per cent of primary school students have been unable to attend online instruction from March to the end of the school year.

68 percent of students in high school have not attended online instruction. The report's data prepared by the ombudsman's office shows that 78 per cent of elementary schools have said they have no technical access to online learning, while in high school that percentage is 61. Only 11 per cent of primary school teachers have informal knowledge -- while 58 per cent have only partial knowledge.

Parents have stated that the negative thing about online learning has been a burden to parents and that it does not have the same effect as classical teaching, and how positive were the answers of some parents who say that this teaching has proved more interesting especially to students who were passive in regular teachings and that with more effort from all parties involved, the lesson has been effectively accomplished.

Regarding the psychological effects presented to children as a result of isolation and changing living conditions, parents have observed some negative psychological reactions such as confusion, stress, anxiety, fear, nervousness, disobedience, and mild aggression among their children.

The ombudsman in the analysis concludes that the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic in education will generally have long - term consequences for all children, including children with disabilities, and therefore requires the Ministry of Education and Science to be guided by the best interests for children.

The Bureau for Education Development is required to review and cut educational plans and programmes, provide conditions for digitising teaching that will be available for each student and to ensure the necessary IT and sustainable internet equipment in schools.
