According to social media footage, the young man was sailing on boat when, for reasons still under investigation, he crashed into a border police vehicle.
The images show the moment the boat leader loses control of the floating vehicle, bringing a collision with the police vehicle.
As a result of the accident, 22-year-olds have lost their lives at the scene, while another person has been injured.
The latter has been rushed to Saranda Hospital, where he is receiving needed medical assistance.
After the event, police forces and emergency services have arrived immediately in the area, which have secured the perimeter for conducting investigative action.
