“I don't believe there will be a leader among Serbs who will sign Kosovo's independence. If that happens, appetites for BiH will be opened, compensation will be required for Serbs and Serbia”, Izetbegovic told Radio Sarajevo.
According to him, there will be many conversations and noises, which will be reduced over time and from which there will be nothing “because even in Kosovo, the Serbian side and the Serbian Army have committed crimes and ethnic cleansing, while that side, with the “Dayton Agreement, won too much in BeH”.
The “all this will inevitably lead to new conflicts and a scenario that will certainly not be needed by anyone, especially not by Bosnian Serbs. Genocide cannot and will not be rewarded with independence (of Republika Srpska) at any cost”, he said.
