Croatia's Interior Minister, at the same time head of the Civil Protection National Staff, Davor Bozinovic, said the decision applies to travellers who use Croatia's territory to cross transit, then to tourists, students, cargo carriers and cross-border employees.
Tourists must have paid a tourist schedule.
Citizens of the European Union and citizens of third countries with long-term EU permits are not subject to any restrictions, except to the obligation to respect epidemiological measures.
Limitations have also been lifted for Croatian citizens entering Croatia from one of these four countries.
