In this regard, Kosovo Economic Ode Chairman Berat Rukiqi has said that the Government should financially support private gardens and pay parents who stay at home to take care of children.
“For all activities being closed, including gardens, to ensure financial support from the Government. If the gardens are set to be closed, then the government has to make decisions in parallel for: support of private gardens with financial means (paga, rent, etc.), pay coverage for parents who need to stay at home to care for their children. In this serious financial state, no business can afford to pay someone who cannot be at work; and the legal arrangement from home. This is becoming necessary, with the new invisibility and post-invisibility normalization”, Rukiqi wrote.
