Parliament with the investigative Commission for Coronavirus Management by former government Kurti

MPs from the Kosovo Assembly will gather today at a plenary session, where there will be three main points in order of day.

The call of the session was made prior to the new formation of the Hoti Government and will discuss the proposal for the formation of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission regarding the management of the COVID-19 virus from the former government Kurti.

Also considered, the Kosovo Pension Savings Fund's application for the adoption of annual taxes for 2020 and the parliamentary Group proposal for the replacement of MPs to parliamentary commissions will be considered.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo has now accused the former health minister of misusing public money in time of pandemic, calling on the Prosecutor to investigate the tenders given by the MSH.

However, the Ministry of Health has also asked competent bodies to investigate tenders for negotiated procedures during pandemic time.

This institution, led by Arben Vitita, made the same request twice by Kosovo Police and by the Competition Authority.
