Mahmut said it constitutes a serious violation of fundamental principles of justice.
He added that the first and principal principle of justice that is not dependent on politics lies in the principle of presuming innocence until it is not convicted by court”.
Mahmut stressed that such a Prosecution announcement is a political statement.

The press release issued on 24 June 2020 by the Prosecutor's Office for the indictment that has not yet been adopted by the Specialised Chambers is unprecedented in practicing independent justice institutions and serious violation of fundamental principles of justice.
The first and foremost principle of policy - free justice lies in THE SOPOSATION PRINCIPLE DON'T BE PEACE HOPE SUFFECT FROM JUDGE.
Not only was the court ruling not expected but the indictment was still not adopted by the Specialised Chambers, the Special Prosecutor's Office, through a political statement, announced, among other things, as follows:
“Specialised prosecutor deems it necessary to release this public announcement on charges because of Hashim Thaci's repeated efforts and Kadri Veselini for obstructing and sabotaging the work of the DHSC by secretly undertaking a campaign to abolish the law that created the Court and through these actions, Thaci and Wessel have placed their own MBI interests in secret. V ICTIMS CRIMES S. YRE, rule of law and people of Kosovo”
In this way, through this political statement, still without the beginning of the trial, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office announces the decision Hashim Thaci and Kadri Veselini as CremitEL, and prejudges that “hundreds of identified Albanian, Serbian and Roma victims were being V. CRIME ICTITY TYRE”! !
This political attitude contrary to basic principles of justice proves that the so - called Special Court is nothing more than a JUDKAH POLITIC ANCIPTAR!
