Milaim Zeka: Kosovo Prime Minister After May 29th Will Be Avdullah Hoti

In show studio “Top Talk”, led by journalist Denis Dignija, was invited by analyst Milaim Zeka, who talked about recent developments in Kosovo. Since Albin Kurti's government fell, through a no-confidence motion that took place in the Kosovo Parliament at the end of March, the country is left without [...]
A major debate has erupted in Kosovo about who should mandate him as Kosovo's new prime minister, Abdullah Hotin, Albin Kurti, or President Hashim Thaci. On this subject, analyst Milaim Zeka said that the final decision regarding the new prime minister will be made after May 29th. But he is fully convinced that after that date, Kosovo's prime minister will be Abdullah Hoti.
Dennis Durne: Kosovo's Constitutional Court decides that Albin Kurti is right and has no right to Hashim Thaci to mandate Abdullah Hotin as Kosovo prime minister. What does this mean, and what will it produce?
Milain Zeka: Some lawyers who, unfortunately, have the jurists' degree in Tirana and Pristina, have interpreted exactly as you said. The reality is not. The Constitutional Court has not granted Albin Kurti rights. The Constitutional Court has only suspended the president's mandate for several days. The final decision will be made after 29th. I expect the Constitutional Court to decide according to Article No. 85 points of 5th of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. I as analyst am convinced 100% that we will have the Hoti government after May 29th.
