Kosovo's “Police in Kacanik have imposed four mandate fines worth 1,000 euros, for not respecting the circulation rules set by the Ministry of Health, as well as not respecting the safeguard clause set by the National Institute of Public Health. The Emergency Emergency Staff for Prevention of COVID 19, has requested respect for rules and recommendations from central institutions so that we can have as few cases of the COVID virus in our municipality as possible. Within the week, 12 fines have been declared, nine mandated fines for the physical and 3 fines for legal persons. On the contrary, Kosovo police will be on the ground and will observe the situation, where I will also act according to pre-laws and laws for these” situations, the report states.
