As a result, I have made the decision to temporarily suspend all airlines from these countries:

Germany

France

Switzerland, and

Italy.

In order of organization, the decision comes into force 24 hours from now; tomorrow, March 13, at 1500. We regret these measures again, but under current circumstances we are irreverent. Lus citizens can reduce movement abroad because the same measures can be taken with other states. As a country and country, we will meet this challenge quietly and without panic.
