The initiative responds positively to the president: Andrew Shala shows whether they are for new government or for elections

Initiative MP Andrew Shala has told the newspaper Blic that they as a party will respond positively to the country's president's invitation, Hashim Thaci, for discussing further steps following the collapse of Kurti Government.

“We will go to the guest meeting by the country's president”, Shala said.

Asked whether it is the Initiative for Government without Elections or for New Elections, he said he would therefore decide at the consulate along with other political parties.

We will also consult with other parties, and then we will stand for further steps”, he told Blic newspaper.

Otherwise, the newspaper Blic reported earlier that Wednesday and Thursday President Thaci will hold meetings with political party leaders.

The “Appointments with party leaders are expected to be held on Wednesday and Thursday. After these meetings, depending on the party's will, it will be known exactly whether there will be new governments, or early elections”, said Blic newspaper source.
