Citizens ask the state to ensure economic existence at this time of pandemic

Despite the proclamation of a state of emergency for public health and the infecting of 91 people with coronarys in Kosovo, citizens during the time of moving through the streets on time of freedom of restriction are not complying with health institutions' recommendations for preventing the spread of COVID-19. I KSHP and MSH have recommended that citizens stay in social distance [...]
IKSHP and MSH have recommended that citizens stay socially at a distance of up to two meters, stop seeing two more people in groups, but the latter, as well as wearing masks and gloves, very little are being implemented.
Many were citizens who say the government's decisions on limiting the movement and proclaiming the emergency situation are not right.
According to them, when a state decides to limit citizens' movements, it should also ensure a minimal economic existence. But there were also those whom the government measures consider effective and require full respect.
Pensioner Bajram Kastrati says the government's decisions are not adequate, according to him, government officials who have made this decision have a salary of 2 thousand euros, so they do not mind stopping or limiting movement. He says government officials don't care about providing food for the people.
These decisions don't wrong me are a little harmful, because the living has to move, no one goes out for fun, no business, but to ensure survival. In this humanitarian crisis as a result of global pandemic, we're tired of political issues and we're really tired of everything... I have a 90-euro pension, and gentlemen who fall in charge have two thousand euros in salary. With a 90-euro pension to ensure survival... this people are in humanitarian crisis, material and virus, and it's all about us. I don't know what the point is, but it really takes a few things, because when you limit the citizen, then you have to provide a minimum existence because no minister, no one has a problem with oil, sugar in the house, they go for free, and we see where we get 10 cents, 50 cents”, Kastrati said.
Next citizen Agim Shala criticises political parties for not doing enough for the people at this time of pandemic. He says Kosovo state leaders, even if they are aware that the people die of hunger, will take nothing.
I'm a simple citizen and no party has worked for the state but for themselves, for their own sake, stolen as much as they could, corruption, that the greatest corruption in the world is... But the state is not gone, if we say state, even with days of starving villagers, they don't have any fun, because they intend to fix their own villas, to secure their lives from generation to generation, and they don't want to hear about people, nor about fukara”, says Shala.
While, Viktor Rexhepi says he is trying as a citizen to respect the government's decisions on preventing corruption from spreading.
I believe they're being respected, after 5:00, there's not so much movement, I don't see too much ... Yeah, I think, maybe. Albania has taken more drastic measures -- only one person in the family an hour, compared to them -- we have more movement, but we must be careful to have after the virus kills people”, Rexhepi said.
Even Bajram Sylejmani, says health institutions' recommendations for preventing the spread of COVID-19 are being respected, although he acknowledges that the closure at home has become boring.
I guess it is, that now between seven o'clock in the morning and five o'clock they said it was coming out, that it's not just being beaten inside”, Sylejman said.
Otherwise, Kosovo's incumbent government has decided that measures for preventing the spread of corruption will remain in force until April 6th.
